A bit about me.

I run Genius Software Ltd. I write the code and I stay with it after it goes live. That means Laravel, React, TypeScript, and Flutter apps, and also networking, servers, and day-to-day IT support.

Most of it is day-to-day systems: an EMR in 40+ health centers (99%+ uptime), and finance/coop platforms that move real member money. Some of them talk to users in Kinyarwanda, English, or French — not only English.

CARE System — Electronic Medical Records

An EMR used in 40+ health centers, with 99%+ uptime.

CARE is a native PHP EMR (PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, MySQL). Clinics use it to store and look up patient records. Keeping uptime near 99% is mostly watching the servers, fixing problems quickly, and not guessing on infrastructure.

I built it and I still look after it — app, APIs, servers, and support. That includes centers like SIMBI and Rusatira.
